How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within a few minutes after payment. Sometimes a network delay can make it take longer. If yours is late, contact us and we will check it.
I paid but have not received my data. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes first. If it still has not arrived, contact us with the phone number you ordered for and your mobile money transaction ID.
Can I get a refund?
If you paid and we cannot deliver your bundle, contact us and we will look into it. Refunds are not available once data has been delivered to your number.
What if I typed the wrong number?
Check the number carefully before you pay. Data sent to a wrong number may not be recoverable, but contact us quickly and we will try to help.
